Le Muricce is an ancient property from the 18th century and
is characterized by its unique architecture. The house opens
onto an inner court whit a loggia and is surrounded by a huge
garden of oak trees, cypresses and terrasses with mediterranean
vegetation.
The garden extends itself for two hectares with an olive-grove
and cultivated fields and a wood at the end.
The Guest-house which was recently restaured has a large kitchen
and a pergola offering the possibility to enjoy life in the
open air. In the lower part of the garden in the middle of a
meadow is situated a beautiful swimming-pool (6 x 12 meters)
where from one can admire the surrounding landscape. |

courtyard with loggia from which one enters a large
living-room with dining area and separate kitchen.
First floor: double room with open fireplace and a living
room that you can also reach through the inner court
by a staircase and balcony. Single room. Bath room with
tub. Long corridor leading to another single room. Bath
room with shower. Two double rooms.

in the country and an ideal starting point for visiting Siena
(6 km), Florence (55 km by the highway, which is 4 km away),
Castellina in Chianti, Quercegrossa at 3 km (shops, bars, post
office, chemist’s, restaurant, pizzeria). Mountains, sea
and lakes are 70 km away. Thermal baths, riding-school, tennis
court, mountain-bikes (to rent) in the surroundings (10-20 km).
