Rentals terms:
Accommodation:
from 2 to 7 People.
Rented period: from May to October.
Minimum rented period: one week, from saturday to saturday.
Animals: allowed on request.
Included services: water, electricity, gas for the kitchen.
Linen. Final cleaning.
Not included services: central heating (gas): payment depending
on consume.
Arrival and departure: on saturday between 16.00 and 19.30 p.m.
and on saturday between 8.00 and 10.00 a.m. Any change in hour
of the arrival must be communicated to Le Muricce. Please, call
us one hour before your arrival at the property.

Booking procedure:
Upon receipt of your confirmation for the period requested,
we will send you a rental contract.
At the moment of signing the contract you are required to
send a pre-payment of half the amount of the rental by check,
postal money order or bank transfer. The coordinates are indicated
in the contract. The remainder must be paid on arrival. The
rental contract must be sent back within 10 days from its
emission. The contract is valid upon its return and once the
pre-payment has been received.
Cancellations:
If the reservation is cancelled 30 days before the beginning
of your stay, the owner will retain 10% of the total amount.
If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the beginning
of the reservation, the owner will retain half of the total
amount.
