The main entrance opens onto a living room with kitchen. Double bedroom. Bath with shower and tub. The living room opens onto a terrace with a view of the large garden belonging to the property and of the surrounding hillsides. In the garden are the swimming pool (6x12m) and a tennis court available only to guests.

Distances:
The apartment is between Siena (40 km) and Arezzo (35 km), in the Val d’Orcia. The closest villages are Trequanda (5 km) and Sinalunga (7 km) with restaurants, cafés, pharmacy, bank, supermarkets, railway and bus station. Nearby is the road leading to the A1 highway which goes to Florence (70 km) and Rome (130 km).

It is situated in the region of the Orcia-Valley, one of the most beautiful areas of southern Tuscany, famous for its richness of history, culture and an uncontaminated nature. To pay attention to the small towns of Pienza and Montepulciano both well-known for the Brunello wine. In the surroundings you find the Sienese Chalk Hills (Crete Senesi), with fabulous landscapes and suggestive places like Asciano and the Monastery of Monte Oliveto Maggiore. At a few km distance you find thermal baths like Rapolano Terme and Bagno Vignoni and a little further San Casciano Bagni and San Filippo.
